A PDF tutorial is a digital file that includes step-by-step photos, directions, measurements, and a supply list so you can make the featured project right at home. You can view it on your computer, tablet, or phone. You can also download it or print it out if you'd like.

Once you purchase, you'll have access to your tutorial right away. Please note that we don't print or mail tutorials, so make sure your device can open PDF files before ordering. Most computers, tablets, and smartphones can open PDFs automatically.

Yes! Both Stampin' Up! demonstrators and crafters are welcome to purchase tutorials. You're welcome to use the projects for personal enjoyment or to teach them in your own classes.

Just keep in mind that tutorials are for the purchaser's use only. They may not be resold, shared with others, or posted publicly.

Nope! When you purchase a shipped class kit, you'll receive an email with a link to the tutorial when your kit ships. It's included in the price of the class.

All of my classes also have a tutorial-only option if you'd prefer to purchase just the PDF without the kit.

1. Click Shop Tutorials in the top navigation.

2. Find the tutorial you want and click Buy Now.

3. If you're new, you'll be asked to create an account with your name, email address, and a password. If you've purchased before, just log in with your email and password.

4. Enter your payment information and complete your purchase.

5. You'll land on a confirmation page where you can access your tutorial right away. You'll also receive a confirmation email with your purchase details.

1. Find your tutorial and click Buy Now.

2. On the checkout page, look for the Discount Code box.

3. Type in your code and click Apply.

4. If the code is valid, you'll see the updated price on the screen.

5. If you see a message that says "invalid discount," the code may be expired or may not apply to the product you're purchasing.

Go to tutorials.owlstarstampers.com and click the Login button in the top right corner. Enter the email address and password you used when you created your account.

Tip: Make sure you're using the same email address you used when you made your first purchase. Sometimes people have more than one email address and it can get a little confusing!

If you've forgotten your password, go to the login page and click the reset link. Enter your email and you'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

If you don't see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. It sometimes ends up there.

Once you're logged in, you'll land on your home page. From there, look for the Products section to find all of the tutorials and courses you've purchased. Click on any tutorial to open it, or search for the tutorial you are looking for by name at the top of the page. You can view the PDF right in your browser, download it to your device, or print it out.

Here are a few things to try:

1. Make sure you're logged in. If you're not sure, click Login in the top right corner.

2. Double-check that you're using the same email address you used when you purchased. Sometimes if we have more than one email, we log in with the wrong one!

3. Check your purchase confirmation email to see which email address was used.

4. If you've tried all of these and still can't find it, reach out to me and I'll be happy to help get it sorted out for you.

First, check your spam or junk folder. Purchase confirmation emails sometimes land there. If you still don't see it:

1. Go to tutorials.owlstarstampers.com/login and sign in with the email you used to purchase. Your tutorial should be waiting for you there even without the confirmation email.

2. If you're not sure which email you used, try the Forgot Password link at tutorials.owlstarstampers.com/forgot-password with a few email addresses you commonly use.

3. Still can't find it? Reach out to me and I'll look up your account and get you taken care of.

No worries. This happens! Go to tutorials.owlstarstampers.com/forgot-password and try the email addresses you use most often. If you receive a password reset email, that's the right one!

If none of them work, just reach out to me with your name and I'll look up your account.

Yes! You can view your PDF tutorials on any smartphone, tablet, or computer. Most devices have a built-in PDF viewer, so you should be all set.

The platform we use (Podia) recently updated their system. One of the changes is that when you log in, you may now see a home feed that includes community posts and activity along with your products. Don't worry, your purchased tutorials are still right there! Just look for the Products section in the navigation to access everything you've bought.

Once you're logged in, click your profile picture or initials in the top right or bottom left corner and select Account. From there you can:

- Update your name and profile photo

- Change your password

- Manage your email notification preferences

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on OWL STAR STAMPERS LLC in the top left corner and go to Billing.

3. Edit your payment method or cancel your subscription.

Because tutorials are digital products that are available for download right away, all sales are final and non-refundable.
