What is a PDF Tutorial?

The PDF tutorial is a digital file that includes photos, step-by-step directions, measurements and a supply list to create the featured projects.

They can be accessed immediately after purchasing on your computer or device. You will then be able to view, save or print off the tutorial.

We do not print off or mail any tutorials to you, and we are not responsible for outdated computers or devices that won’t allow you to view, save or print off the PDF tutorials.

Can Demonstrators Purchase These Tutorials?

Both demonstrators and avid crafters may purchase these tutorials!

You may create the projects personally or for classes for your business, but access to the tutorials are for the exclusive use of the purchaser only and can’t be resold, shared, or posted publicly.

If I Buy a Class that is Shipped to Me Do I Have to Buy the Tutorial Too?

If you purchase one of my classes you will receive an email when the class ships with a link to the tutorial. This is included in the cost of your class. All of my classes have tutorial only options though where you can only purchase the tutorial and not the kit.

How to Purchase a Tutorial

Go to the SHOP TUTORIALS link in the top navigation. Here you can view tutorials starting with the most recent first. Once you find what you are looking for, click the Buy Now button. If you have never purchased a tutorial before, it will ask you to create a new account by entering your email, full name and a password. If you have purchased in the past it will ask for you to login with your email and password. Then, you will need to enter your billing information and proceed with the payment. After your successful payment, you will land on a confirmation page where you will be able to access your product right away, and you will receive a confirmation email as well.

Using a Coupon Code

At certain times of the year I may offer a coupon code to get a discounted rate on a tutorial. To use a coupon code, enter it on the checkout page in the section called DISCOUNT CODE. Make sure you push the apply button. If the code is valid it will show the discounted amount and new price on the screen. If the code is expired or can't be used with the product you are purchasing a small popup will appear saying "invalid discount".

How to Login

To login to the website to access your tutorials, click the LOGIN button in the top right corner. Enter your email and password to login.

Resetting Your Password

If you need to reset your password, go right to the forgot password page here.

How to Access Purchased Tutorials

Once you are logged in, you will see the “Products” link in the top navigation towards the right. Here you can find all of the tutorials or courses you have purchased. You can search near the top of this page if you are looking for a specific tutorial. Once you find what you want, you can then click it and you will be able to view the PDF tutorial (and download to your computer or print off if desired) and see any complimentary videos if applicable.

Updating Your Customer Settings

In the top right corner click the circle then go to settings. Here you can add your photo, add a bio, change your password, update your credit card and manage your email notifications.

Cancelling a Monthly Subscription

After you've logged in, click on your profile picture and select Settings. Scroll down to the the Billing section. Click on Edit next to Community.

A confirmation pop-up window will ask if you’d really like to cancel. If you are sure,  just click on “Cancel subscription”.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature our tutorials, all sales are final and non-refundable.
